As you will have gathered, Eagerstates/Assethold is a web of lies, deceit and illegal behaviour. I encourage everyone to look up the multiple judgements available online ruling against them. Certainly do not enter into any transaction to buy a property owned by Assethold. They'll get what's coming to them.
