I had the misfortune to live in a property on Balls Pond Road managed by Eagerstates, and endured years of what can only be described by theft. They will take every opportunity to add unnecessary costs and fees, and will operate at just the right side of the law to extract monies in unregulated areas where the leaseholder is vulnerable. Do NOT buy a property where Ronni/Eagerstates/Assethold are involved, and if you already have, then do yourself a favour and undergo a RTM (Right To Manage) process to take control over costs.
