Eagerstates is the devil incarnate and it's staff are complete fraudsters, operating within and exploiting a grey area of the law. The prefect example of why reform of laws around leasehold is so badly needed (hurry up Mr Gove!). To anyone under sufferance of this abhorrent organisation, get yourselves RTM immediately, as this will greatly lessen their ability to steal from you. In their prior management of our block, we counted a number of fraudulent activities, particularly around arranging works to the building (fake and overpriced quotes, contracts awarded to their cronies). These are disgusting people, with no morals or regards. I cannot believe they haven't been successfully prosecuted.
