These people are absolute scammers. Bought a building I have a flat in and proceeded to demand money that wasn't due to them. we took them to an FTT and won. Still they keep increasing service charges. Doubled in Yr 1 and then doubled again in YR 2. We are now pursuing a Right to Manage claim and as soon as they saw that, they have doubled 'actual' service charges vs 'estimated' and are trying to get 3 yrs of charges all in one year, before the lose the management. To be avoided at all costs. They are unscrupulous to the core!
