I first tried the preserved lemon sauce and was hooked. I have since ordered another of those, and also the jalapeno and lime. The kimchi is next on my list! So delicious and versatile. Beautiful flavours. I ordered my last batch direct from Eaten Alive and it arrived on time in sustainable packaging. Wonderful.
