I had an initial query re what I received, but my mind was put at ease and they kindly did some smaller, flatter, suet cakes, that would fit into my small individual fat ball feeders.
Eco bird Food went above and beyond to to sort my issue.
Delivery was a bit slow but some of the delay was probably due to where I live, I have found my post is usually slightly delayed to that of larger towns.
