I have no words for Ecom Hoist unwavering support throughout the process. Since I was very frustrated and agitated when Amazon banned my account for fraudulent activity, I may have taken my anger out on Ecom Hoist project manager at first when I didn’t get results after two days. Then, a support associate explained the task's intricacies and complexities to me, which I understood. The PM’s attitude was the same – she was as polite as before. I apologized to her, and I had to be patient. However, they successfully got my account back.
