Call Center issues. 1 hr on hold, every 30 seconds, longer than usual wait time plays. After holdiong 1 hr, the system stops the recording. Why do you not have expected wait time for customers. You also call out COVID pandemic, it should be Business as Usual. What a poor excuse for lack of service. Chat function not working either and only available for 3 hrs. I used to work in Telecom and know how phone systems work. Upgrade your system, f you don't have EWT and sdd more agents. LLBean, Lands End, Amazon... all give service and have over the past years. Now holding again, wonder how long or if I ring into oblivion.
