What a sham! I had put a considerable amount of merchandise in my EB cart, expecting to get the 60% off sale being advertised on the site. I refreshed the page to make sure I wouldn't lose the work I had done, and when it updated, the sale had changed from 60% to 40% off. In mid order!!! We called to explain and get the 60% off that had been advertised just minutes before and were told 1) there was nothing that could be done about it and 2) at our request, a manager would get in touch with us in 24-48 hours. It's been over a week and we haven't heard back. I consider this false advertising and the very worst of customer service.
