Worst Customer service ever. They sold me a duffle bag with lifetime warranty and when I took it back to get fixed they said we don't honor those warranties. Even told me it was still a current item and was up on the shelf. Told me to call customer service on my own. I called customer service. The guy in customer service talked to me but didn't like my question so he started saying sorry I can't hear you now thanks for calling and hung up. I was a long time customer but will never go back to Eddie Bauer. Sell under fraudulent practices.
