Same experience as many others...product not delivered, no way to speak to humans. "Customer Service" sends the same scripted email out no matter where you send it. Was supposed to have a manager call today at 2:30...guess they got stuck in the warehouse like my kids coat! Will NEVER order from this garbage again.
