Ordered Christmas gifts on NOVEMBER 13th. Now January 3 and I have received 2 of 6 items. To add insult to injury, I now have FOURTEEN different transactions on my account, both charges and refunds that I've had to manually input into a spreadsheet to sort out. Ultimately they overcharged my account by over $250, and when I tried to resolve this with customer service, they told me their systems are broken and I need to file a dispute with my bank. I've spent upwards of 4 hours trying to resolve this and still haven't gotten anywhere. I had to buy an entire set of back up Christmas gifts at the 11th hour. I used to be a loyal fan. I will now, never shop there again. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail.
