I have been a loyal customer of EB for over ten years. The delivery for This last order I placed was completely botched and resulted in great difficulty for me. I placed this order November 11. Many items were sent to the wrong address or never shipped by the OHIO warehouse. When I contacted EB in December about my missing Christmas Presents a supervisor said she was expedite the order. She apologized and explained they had a new warehouse in Ohio and were having difficulty getting orders out in time. The last items were not shipped until DECEMBER 27. The pants were received by UPS JANUARY 6 ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER. However Ups discontinued their agreement with sure post January 1 so my items were returned to EB. EB declines to provide a refund until they get the items back even though they have the tracking information showing seller requested to send the items back. I have called this company multiple times and talked to multiple supervisors to get the items sent to my street address or to get a refund of the jacket and pants now. They only offered me a $10 coupon on a $59 jacket for my trouble. The supervisor said this is a business we can't give a refund to you until we get the item back. I have no control over that since it is being shipped now to them without my knowledge or decision. I will never buy anything online from this company again. Not only is their shipping and delivery process completely incompetent their customer service department is worse.
