I ordered an electric wi-fi enabled throw (paid over $140.00) and first thing was the app for the throw was no longer available and was not even affiliated with Eddie Bauer. Okay, no biggie. I had the throw less than 3 months and it quit working all together. I live in the South so it was not from over use either. I contacted the company for help and was told that I would have to drive over an hour away to exchange the item, if the store had them available. I had originally ordered this item on-line and explained that in my email and was told that I still had to drive to the store to attempt an exchange! I was not asking for a refund, just an exchange for what I purchased less than 3 months prior. They will not even attempt to work with customers and the customer service responses were all canned responses from over seas customer service centers. NEVER EVER BUY from this company! Extremely poor customer service!
