The unit is as advertised. Not unattractive, slim to wall. This 500 watt unit does not trip breaker, plugs right into regular 110 volt wall socket. It heats a small bathroom quite nicely. No more freezing upon getting out of the shower. I am still figuring out what temperature setting is optimal. All in all I am pleased with this purchase.
