The reviews and video convinced me to switch from my oilfilled space heater. It looked sosimple to install, just screw the hanging clips to the wall, attach the heater and voila. Well, first attempt, I hit a stud and without an electric screwdriver couldn't fasten the clip. Moved the heater over and this time predrilled a couple holes to be sure. Locking bar installed. Extremely difficult to find the clips while struggling to hold up the heater and trying repeatedly to find the hidden clips. Then finding them, I thought it was attached, only to have the heater slip down. Repeatedly. I loosened the clips. Then I tightened the clips. Nothing worked, it wouldn't turn on. I double checked the measurements and marked the wall and tried again, same thing. Gave up and called support, they told me to check the right side opening and press inside to engage the safety switch. There was nothing in that opening to press. Started over, remeasured everything. removed and reattached the locking screw at the bottom, careful to barely tighten it. Then a little tab finallly appeared behind the right side and I pressed it with a pencil. Finally, I was able to hang the heater on the wall and it clicked and stayed. I hit the On button, but still no power. I tightened the screw on the bottom, still nothing. I now have a very nice looking nonworking heater. Photos are of back openings, locking bar screw mounted heater.
