Overall, a very good product. The customer service is outstanding, and a real, English speaking person answers the phone immediately. However, do not expect it to heat a large area. The amount of heat emitted was disappointing to me.
How to improve- replace the heat emitting grill with one that would move up and down and side to aide-especially down toward your feet.
