So far not impressed. My heater arrived and died within the first two weeks. I contacted support and they agreed to swap out the heater. A week went by and didn't hear back, so I called, apparently they will not send out the new heater till the old broken is returned. So while we wait for the exchange of their broken heater, my daughter's room is freezing. They should always send out a new unit as soon as a claim is placed on a unit that is broken. Or at least based on the tracking number verifying the shipment.
