I bought 2 heaters from eheat during Black Friday sales. Both units have their own problems, where one of them keeps turning off randomly and refused to power on again, and another had a missing component - the LED light was missing. The latter was first replaced. However, the replacement unit was DOA, it won't even power up. Due to the lack of quality control, I decided to have both units returned. I am still waiting for my refund.
