I use my eheat wall mount heater in my well house. It is imperative that I keep the temp up in there or my pump, pipes, everything freezes. We tried other heaters and really didn't think about the wall mount heater .... thinking it an "inside" heater. But actually the pump house is unclosed and insulated and I thought well gee, that sounds like "inside' to me... We have been using this now for 6 years with NO problems. I do not worry about fire, simply not possible, reliable as can be . I purchased this heater as my current one is over 8 years old and we actually moved it out of a house we were demolishing, so it is sort of "2nd hand"... but still cookin' along. But in the event of a problem ... I have a back up in the box, ready to go. Pull down the old, the new pops right up and plugs in... you don't get much out in the country when it is 20 below and dark out that is that easy.... reliable, safe, proven, (oh, doesn't really cost anything to run...Just very happy with a reasonbly priced item that does what it says it will do, no fuss, no muss, no hyped up stuff.... just does its job.
