Machine arrived later than expected. FAQs said 3-5 days before it gets shipped. Arrived 15 days after placing order. An email stating that "due to an overwhelming number of orders, or shipping delays" your order is delayed would have been nice, but no communication was received from eheat.
I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped and it shipped later that day, so this was a positive.
