So I have been pleased with the performance of both the 1000 watt heaters I purchased. It was pretty strightfoward installing them, except for the locking screw. I found that trying to align the tool provided within the top of the screw was hit or miss since you can't see it in it's location on the bottom of the unit. I think this took the most time in the installation process. I think it would be better if it could be accessed from the side. But, other than that I have been happy with how there is no noise and the app that can be downloaded works great. Right now in Virgina it is ten degrees and both heaters are keeping our basement apartment nice and warm.
