This was my 4th purchase of an Envi heater over a period of 8 years. I have been incredibly pleased with the way Envi does business: the quality of their products, the support provided by their employees, and the ease of installation. I wish all businesses operated as they do and put as much quality into their products. My only complaint is their decision to start producing heaters that operate via an "app."
