I'm glad you ask. The heater I bought last week to replace the one I bought 11 years ago displayed some nice visual updates. I unpacked it to begin heating my boat but discovered your packer/inspector failed to include the mounting hardware. And believe me, I searched the the packaging for it diligently. Luckily I was able to find the old ones in my rubbish bin that was useable. The woman I contacted was very helpful and promised new ones were on the way immediately which I hope is true.
