I have 3 eheat heaters and they all work great. My house is a large bungalow with heated floors but I also have areas with hard wood floors where the floors aren't heated. The eheat heaters are perfect for those areas. Recently one of my heaters which was approximately +/- 15 years old stopped working. I ordered a new one and it came within 2 weeks and I installed it with absolutely no problem. It was up and working in 10 minutes. I think eheat heaters are a wonderful product. especially in my rooms that have hard wood floorinI have the eheat heaters in the rooms with hard wood flooring
