Great product! I originally bought the 500 BTU without smart features to test it out. It worked well, but it did not have enough energy to heat the space I wanted. Also, the dial is a little hard to read. It would help if the high-low dial had black markings. I bought the 1000 BTU with smart features and a lighted temp/control screen to replace it. It has been perfect! I downloaded the app and easily connected it to my wifi. I can turn it on and off or set up a schedule with my phone. It is perfect for the space. I would highly recommend Envi Heaters by eheat.
