Been using eheat heater right from the beginning of the start of the company.Our 1st Gen heater was damaged and purchased our 2nd 4th Gen wifi heater. Our first 4th Gen has been in operation on and off for the past two years without any problems.
The 1st Gen heater was not operational but had been for about 15 to 18 years and parts were no longer available for repairs.
