This is my second purchase of Envi wall mounted heater I bought my first unit 15 years ago and still runs perfectly quiet and efficiently. I have a vacation park model trailer in Pennsylvania as a vacation getaway it pulls low wattage and zone heats great without blowing breakers that's why I purchased a second unit safe operation is key for piece of mind can't recommend enough
