This unit was ordered as a replacement for our older unit that stopped working.
Fortunately everything lined up exactly the same and I had ordered and replaced the brackets of our older unit to test the older unit.
I do believe the unit that we received might have been a return by the way the tie was wrapped around the wire cord, and the brackets and Allen wrench were miss placed that's the reason of the 4 star.
