No product no money back! [Order #1240] (22/11/2018) I'm warning you about ordering from Ellentronics. The goods were allegedly already on the way, but then could not be delivered. I was promised the refund of my money, but I'm still waiting for my money. Supposedly it was already transferred, then there were problems with the bank. There are always new excuses. The support e-mail address is very professional and thus they get more and more time taken out. So respect and not recommended. I'll probably never see my money again. The case went to a lawyer. Now legal action. You will probably try to block this entry here (name not known or please contact support). Unfortunately only tactics.
