scam - watch out SCAM - don't buy here [Order #1801] (29/12/2018) I bought a Mac air in december 2018. Very good communication for more than a month. They wrote they shipped the parcel, to be patience. After this month I contacted them again to know if there was any update about this situation and they told me they were sorry for the delay, so I gave them some extra time. In March (3 months after my purchase) I tell them that I need the refund cause at that point the MAC was useful to me. They say to me that is fine, that they will give the refund and transfer the money to my bank account. In April after I emailed them minimum 2x day they send me this email, THE CO FOUNDER OF ELLENTRONICS SENT ME THIS EMAIL: Dear Customer We are sorry for the delays! Due to the fact that our financial institutions and primary partners are carrying out comprehensive reviews and necessary checks to ensure legality of our business, there might have been longer than normal delays with accepting payments and issuing refunds. This could lead to your order being cancelled and a full refund being demanded. As per our records, a request for a full refund has been made on your order. Ellentronics hereby obliges to process the requested refunds as soon as possible (estimated refund date for your order is Mar 22 - Mar 29), but no later than by May 1, 2019 with no further delays. We do have the information about your account and therefore there is no need to reply to this email to reconfirm this. Please disregard all previous emails from my colleagues regarding the refund as the circumstances have changed and they were not aware of the review extensions that our primary partners decided to apply today. Your patience is highly appreciated while we resolve our issues as we are doing our best to maintain good relationship between our customers and our partners. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation!
