I do not accept your delays and your apologies I am creating this due review after a long time of negotiation with the company that apparently claims a problem with the free shipping service. I did not get any success and I'm in the same situation as many reviews already presented here. I purchased a Macbook Pro on 01/31/2019 under Order # 2122. As the Macbook was not delivered, it meant a breach of contract by the company that is responsible for delivering the product to the customer. We agreed to a full refund, which the company claims to have been carried out on 04/23/2019. The refund up to the present moment was not carried out within the normal term stipulated by the company, which claimed to be investigating my case. As the last response of the company, there is a claim that my refund had been made, but there is no sign of the transfer so far. I asked for the documentation proving the refund, but nothing was presented. I tried my best to reach a gentle agreement with the company to resolve the issue, but nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with the service, which at first sign seemed honest and professional. If the case is not resolved by natural circumstances, I will open a legal case against the company.
