Absolutely despicable company - left them in 2018. They reopened my account 2 years later (without me asking) and then 5 months later started sending threatening letters saying I owed them money from 2018. This is despite me having an email from them saying that my account was paid in full in 2018. I asked them to send a meter reading with the bill - they refused. They are now taking me to court.
