Really awful company. Avoid like the plague !!! No Uk based staff. All run from off shore. God knows how they managed to get a licence Tom operate in the Uk energy market ! Dreadful service plus bad rates ! Tried to withdraw money out of my bank account without my authority ! Needs reporting to ofgen / ombudsman
