Over the last 4 years my greater family circle and myself has enlisted the services of this marketing agent to market and advertise 8 properties for sale in Spain, Portugal, France, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Turkey and two in the Caribbean. 5 of these have now successfully sold to overseas buyers. We are very hopeful the last 3 in Turkey, Bulgaria and the Caribbean will sell soon as we have been getting good enquiries sent through. It was a very straightforward process to advertise each property we paid the marketing fees for each one uploaded our details and within a day or so a draft was sent to us to approval before they sent the property in question off to the global platforms they list with. Each time an enquiry came in that was serious they checked to see if it was a serious buyer by asking them for proof of ID and funds they can make offers. When this was verified our agent Mark was calling or emailing us the same day. And likewise we were able to contact him and keep him on his toes when we wanted updates on how things were progressing or to get stats on how many clicks or enquiries we had on each listing. What I really liked was the fact we could converse with the buyers directly which seemed to make things move along much faster than have a middle man going between us and the buyer. What worked for us is we researched our own prices before listing each property for sale and finding out what properties were selling for local to the properties we were selling. I am convinced it was the price that worked for us along with the expert marketing provided. On each sale Mark put us in touch with notarys who drew up all paperwork , handled the legal side of the sale and made sure we got paid in full before the properties were signed over. Payment on the sale from the buyer was done direct with our notary on each sale this company at no point had access to our sale funds another big factor in going ahead with them. If you are asking yourself is Euro resales any good then I would say yes they are very good at the marketing they provide as it has helped my family sell over 50% of the properties we have listed with them so far. Like with any agent we have listed with in the past there are no guarantees we have also listed with other platforms and local agents some sold and some didn’t. We are hope full to be 100% successful and sell our remaining 3 properties. I recommend giving this a go if you are willing to deal directly with buyers.
