So far we are really pleased with the good marketing Euro Resales has provided and our agent Peter who has been great at responding when we called or emailed for updates. We did shop around for the best online portal that could give us the most international exposure and spoke to many different portals to decide if they were any good. But when we kept googling best overseas property portal Euro Resales kept coming up top of the searches each time and the exposure they seemed to offer for a £600 one off marketing fee is exactly what we wanted. As we wanted to be more involved with the sale ourselves this time and speak directly to buyers when they came for viewings after trying for 2 years with some local auctioneers who demanded we vacate if they had any viewings. During the process so far it has been very easy to get my property in France listed and marketed to over 100 countries. I am very impressed with how many big property portals they have me listed on. We have only been listed with them 12 weeks but the marketing they have done for us worldwide has produced 3 great leads which have now viewed the property. Peter is now following up with them to try and negotiate offers. Its looking good so far and its made the process painless as can be. I have my notaire standing by already to draw up paperwork.
