I've been doing Eve Biology shakes for a wee while now, and wouldn't be without them! My energy levels have increased, and my ancoety levels have decreased... Both quite impressive given that I have 3 young kids! I lost weight easily, and now Im maintaining my weight happily. The chocolate is my favourite flavour - i love it blended with cruahed ice and a shot of coffee!
