As a mum of 3 who is in her 40s I LOVE this meal replacement . It’s so delicious and quick especially the chocolate flavour! I found it hard to have the time to make sure i was getting enough protein and fibre in my diet and this has solved that ! Not to mention having more energy, sleeping better , less brain fog and less bloating! Can’t recommend enough !
