I haven't had a great experience so far. I placed my order on 12/15 and recieved a confirmation email. On the 18th I recieved an email of completed order. I didn't recieve a shipping email. I tried emailing through the app and never recieved a response. Finally on the 26th I recieved shipment info but as of today I won't be receiving my order until the 4th. Not happy with how this company works. Think I'll stick to my others.
