I got two emails back to back asking for reviews but neither mention a particular product. So I’m only giving 3 stars today because of too many emails, the missing diamond encrusted tip from a blunt, and for the shipping charge on my subscription. Generally, I do enjoy your products and services. Not all the following questions pertain and couldn’t unselect “email “ I’ve only ordered online with no additional contact with customer service.
