Fantastic service. I recently took the Health Explorer Advanced blood test. I found the service reliable and the staff very courteous. Vanessa couldn’t be more helpful. She ensured that I was kept informed and updated on the progress from booking of the test to the release of the results, which was a quick turnaround. I found the medical advice provided on the outcome of the results to be helpful. I was able to go back to my GP to further request a review of my symptoms which were initially dismissed.
