I've used Fabric Sign Guys for all of my banners, etc., for my business, as my wife has for hers, and have always been a happy customer. Service has always been excellent, and the product has been as well. On my last order of retractable banners, the support poles were the wrong size (too long). I tried to address this through chat and email, stating that I needed the replacement poles immediately because I would be leaving for the tradeshow, and, I think because I dealt with so many different support reps, that message didn't really get across. By the time the issue was resolved, and I was notified that I'd get new poles, it was too late to ship that day (I live in Philly, so an easy overnight). The poles were shipped but arrived while I was away at the show. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant, but I think that because I didn't have a dedicated service rep, it took too long to resolve and just didn't have the urgency to resolve my issue when it could have been a pretty easy fix. So I got the new poles, but it was too late. Thank you.
