My first experience was an error by your proof team that rotated your logo. I made the mistake of accepting it because it was the square part of a table covering and hard to identify the 30 degree rotation.
I still feel the error was on your design team and not me. 50% off was offered but I intended to buy 4 more after my event. I essentially paid full price again to get the v8 I originally needed.
Our main focus was on Pantone colors and quality and those were impeccable. My only issue that is now kind of resolved is the alignment by your team.
