very quick delivery; high quality material, professional, and easy to setup. tried to steam out the creases/wrinkles and it helped that it was taut to smooth out and it worked! only concern we have is when we tried to use water and microfiber cloth to remove a water stain from the steamer, the red dye came off which i am not scared to put in the wash in case it bleeds onto the whote parts of the banner. hoping it will be ok but we havent washed it yet to make sure
