Quality, speed and price are all positive, but I had placed an order for the wrong size, realized my mistake immediatly and contacted them about the mistake. The solutiion was to return the larger size for store credit and re order the smaller size, leaving me a store credit that basicly cant be used on anything unless I order another item. This was a one time purchase so I am just out the difference in cost..... Its 2025 and we cant figure out how to process a return??!! Very dissapointed with the outcome and despite having a credit will never use this company again.
