We love this turkey!! Okay so it's not turkey turkey but it looks like it and tastes great! My family has had this delicacy for three years running. We are vegetarians and did not want to give up the idea of a semi-traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Our non-veggie family members enjoyed it. It looks like and has the consistency of white meat turkey and I basted the turkey with sage and thyme using some of the gravy from the package. It was wonderful!!! It gave the outside that crispyness of turkey and the spices just made it taste magnificent. I bought two this year - one for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas!
