I love the chickpea omelets I have made since receiving Bob's Red Mill Chickpea Flour. I season the sauteed vegetables and add Not Chick'n bullion to make a broth that I pour into the Chickpea Flour and mix to make a batter. I add coconut oil to the skillet and pour the batter in to make a very tasty chickpea omelet that taste fantastic!!!
