Support takes so long, I don't even know if anyone is there any more I paid 120 for a reloadable card with 50 USD of credit on it, I received the card almost 2 days after. Card worked and everything now I'm trying to get a statement and load 50 more USD that I have on my dashboard on to my card, there is no support assistant to help. I spent $210 + $31 totaling $241 on this website so far. So disappointed with the service i only actually spent about 3 USD off my card.
