Absolute scam. Duped me $300. got a $5 card and it doesn't even work. marked all my support tickets as "solved". They don't respond to skype or email either unless they try to steal your money.
I don't know how they're a legit business and haven't been shut down by proper authorities. they're located in the UK so id assume that's why. I've been trying to get my money back for 7 months now.
