What went wrong…absolutely everything. FCI failed from the basics of obtaining accurate measurements, damaged goods, giving false promises on when deliveries would take place. We have spent over 6 figures with this company and this last installation has been the biggest fiasco I have ever witnessed. We ordered the furniture in June 2024 and we are still waiting for parts of the delivery. The customer services of this organisation is a disgrace. We paid upfront as they will not deliver anything until 100% of the funds has been received. This means there is no recourse, when things go wrong. In our case a piece of furniture which turned up damaged and another 8 weeks to get a replacement. We are demanding a refund as it’s too long and FCI are refusing. I am now seeking legal action as this goes against the consumer protection act whereby consumers can demand a refund within 30 days when damaged/faulty goods are received. There are much better outfitters that would welcome the business, FCI do not deserve any business whatsoever
